30-Day Return Period
You may request a return within 30 calendar days of receiving your shipment. To qualify for a return:
- The item must remain unused, uninstalled, and in its original retail packaging with all terminal screws and manuals included.

Damaged, Defective, or Non-Functional Items
If an electrical protector arrives damaged in transit or exhibits manufacturing defects upon initial testing, please contact support@882525.com within 7 days of receipt with photos or videos of the issue. We will dispatch a replacement free of charge or issue a full refund immediately.
Refund Processing
Once returned items are received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be credited back to your original payment method (PayPal, Credit Card, etc.) within 3–7 business days.
